- StemQuest™ Jr: Coasters & Speedsters
BB8 Adventures takes STEM to a galaxy far far away. This program combines all of the highlights from the latest Star Wars movies, specifically the newest droid, D-0 and the rest of the popular bots, which are certain to excite your 1st or 2nd grade camper! Each day, teams of campers (Squads) work together, with encouragement and guidance from their Jedi counselors, to customize droid-like robots and complete various Yoda engineering challenges. Throughout the week, campers will dunk intergalactic basketballs into mini hoops, play BB8 battleship, and joust in the balloon popping droid arena. Each challenge presents the campers with hands-on building and engineering lessons to help make their bots jump up ramps, roll through tunnels, and bounce over barriers. BB8 Adventures offers a friendly and collaborative environment, encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship and positivity – all while introducing campers to become active participants with today’s most applicable, exciting, and new technology. The Wizard.
Campers who yearn for the need for speed are required to participate in this energizing camp program. Teams of campers work together during multiple hands-on creative activities to design, build, and race rolling objects. Prepare to design and build the tallest, fastest, and most durable marble roller coasters, before releasing your marble in super-speedster fashion down the tracks. Huddle up with your counselors and devise a plan to have your rolling objects jump over as many towers as possible without knocking them over. Get creative and build your very own balloon-powered speedster bot and navigate it around and crash it through various obstacles. Finally, try your best to conquer and complete the dreaded super loop for extra excitement!

- StemQuest™: Star Wars: Empire vs Rebellion
- StemQuest™: Mario Kart: Water, Land, & Coaster Racing

StemQuest: Empire vs. Rebellion brings the galaxy from far far away, to much much closer to camp. Using custom built pod-racers, foam ball blasters, and rolling droid drones), campers will split into two separate groups and participate either as a member of the controlling Empire or of the elite Rebellion strike force. Teams work together in hands-on building activities to prepare for the multiple battles that occur throughout the week – all in a friendly competitive environment. Build your own TIE Fighters, Starships, and more. Create and design self-made defenses to protect home base from the opposition. The ultimate daily and weekly goal is for campers to use both their minds and their hands to eliminate the opposing team’s holdout positions through strategy and collaborative planning. At last, it is time to bring justice to the galaxy. May the StemQuest Force be with you!
StemQuest unplugs campers from the computer screen in this narrative-based program. We have intentionally extracted the wide-array of exhilarating challenges and mysteries from gaming and esports and generated a live adventure. Campers will use rovers, bots, drones, and other autonomous creative technology to jump over obstacles, push down walls, lift up boulders, toss energy balls, and navigate through mazes. Teams of campers work together indoors, outdoors and in open-spaced “arenas” throughout the week, utilizing life skills such as: design and systems thinking, collaborative problem solving, curiosity, mindfulness, and imagination to outwit, out-build, and out-smart one another as well as the program instructor, The Wizard. Use your resources wisely to defend the kingdom and lead your clan to victory!

My twin girls have never been so excited to come home and share what they have learned. I wish there were more STEM-like programs that incorporated such a creative mix of technology, creativity and fun. Now it’s off to buy a pair of drones!
If I knew what drone racing was before I sent Zachary to this camp I would have enrolled myself! Seriously though, great job everyone. You are a team of professionals dedicated to educating the future generation of entrepreneurs and engineers. See you in the summer.
Our kids are having a blast. The special guest from the film company was a huge hit in our household. We are committed to providing opportunities where our children may engage in the ever-so-evolving space of technology, so we appreciate the program you have developed. You may have some budding drone filmmakers in the making.
